Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Sparkthunder Entertainment, publisher of Roll Combat, about using the Knightverge Legacy website and online tabletop (together, “the service”). By using the service you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy and cookies and storage page.

You must be at least 13 to make an account or join an online table. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should read these terms with you. Where the law where you live sets a higher age, you need a parent’s permission. Reading the rules and using the builders needs no account.

Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under it. You can close your account at any time.

Tables are for playing together. Do not:

• harass, threaten, bully or discriminate against anyone, or share hateful content;
• post sexual content involving minors, or any content that is illegal;
• share other people’s private information, or ask children for theirs;
• attack, overload or try to break into the service, or use it to send spam;
• pretend to be someone else, or use the service to cheat or defraud people;
• copy, resell or scrape the service or its content, except as these terms or the law allow.

A Game Master is responsible for the table they run and can remove people from it. We can remove content or close accounts that break these rules.

You own what you make: your Personas, notes, homebrew, handouts and images. You give us permission to store it, back it up and show it to the people you choose at your table, only so we can run the service. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from backup copies that expire in time.

Only upload things you have the right to use. If you believe something on the service infringes your rights, tell us at our contact page with enough detail to find it, and we will look into it.

The service, the rules, the artwork, maps, logos, names and the Knightverge world belong to Sparkthunder Entertainment and its creators and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Knightverge Legacy, Knightverge, Roll Combat and their logos are trademarks of Sparkthunder Entertainment. You may use the game for your own play and for sharing your table with friends, but not to make or sell a competing product from our content without our written permission.

Campaigns and other products are sold by Roll Combat. Prices, taxes, delivery of digital content and your right to a refund are shown when you buy and follow the law where you live. Payments are taken by a payment provider; we never see your full card details on this site.

We keep improving the service. Features may change, and some parts may be marked as a sample, beta or under development. We will try to give notice before removing something you rely on.

We work hard to keep the service running and accurate, but it is provided “as is”, and we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copy of anything important: use Export for your Personas.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited, or our responsibility for things the law does not let us exclude. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, and our total liability to you for anything connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or a nominal sum if you paid nothing.

You can stop using the service or close your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety stops us.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and tell signed-in users before the change starts. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.
